2023 Football Package Reservation Form/Occupancy Agreement
Football packages cover August 26th through December 2nd 2023 which covers all 7 Auburn Home game weekends in 2023. These dates allow Auburn RV Park guests a week before the first home game for setup; of course if you needed to come earlier or stay later we will always try our best to accommodate your needs. Purchasing a package is the only way to guarantee a specific site request pre-season. Packages require a non-refundable deposit with balance due on dates shown which also becomes non-refundable as we are holding a site out from reservations based on that. Site pricing is based on factors such as size of lot, ease of in and out, and what we would otherwise make if it was rented on a game by game and nightly basis. An installment plan is available and details are listed below (inquire with manager with any questions). Packages include Wi-fi for 2 devices, 30 or 50amp service, water, sewer, bath house access, dumpster service. Occupancy based on 2 adults and up to 4 dependent children for a maximum of 6 persons per site spending the night, each additional adult $3 per day and each additional child $2 per day when unit is occupied. Maximum of 2 vehicles per site not counting the RV (we are flexible on this for the larger sites that can accommodate more vehicles), each additional vehicle may park free in upper parking lot or inside park for $3 extra per day. Occupancy for pets is 2 pets per lot, each additional $2 per day during occupancy, maximum of 4 pets, no aggressive breeds.

Returning Auburn RV Park package holders retain priority over their site for the 2023 season until December 1st 2022 when deposits on sites are due in order to hold their site for the 2023 season. For sites that we do not receive a deposit on they will be made available and opened up for reservations to persons already holding packages in the park on December 15th 2022 and then available to the general public on January 1st, 2023.
For returning package holders if you are looking to upgrade or change sites within the park you can request a different site and put down a deposit on your current site and you will be notified of our ability to fill the request.
For the 2022 season we sold out on full season lots due to the fact we have to hold some sites out from full season reservations in order to continue our obligation to the Good Sam Club for being an over the road RV park during the season. We will begin working with the 2023 site request waiting list on January 1st, 2022.
